Shop Policies

Thank you for visiting the Cimarrona shop. Each item that you find here is one of a kind. We make our goods from recycled sweaters that we find in thrift stores. We avoid using parts of a garment that are obviously damaged. However;  worn, recycled, vintage wools are part what give our work its unique flavor. Although our wool is washed and dried as part of the felting process, care should be taken to to prolong the life of our products. Care instructions will be included with each item. If you have any questions about an item, please contact me prior to purchase.

Payment: You can make a secure payment with Paypal here on the Cimarrona site, even if you do not have a Paypal account. If you prefer not to use Paypal, contact me and we can make other arrangements.

Shipping: We will ship items to customers using USPS. The price covers packaging costs, Paypal fees, delivery confirmation (on domestic orders) and USPS shipping. Items will be shipped within 7 working days of purchase. You will get an e-mail that confirms when an item was shipped. If you prefer another shipping method or need an item expedited, contact us and we will recalculate the shipping cost.

note: If an item is being sent as a gift and you would like gift packaging I will do that at no additional cost- just let me know and I can put a gift tag on it that says who the item is to- and from.

Refunds and Exchanges: As you know- each item you find here is handmade and carefully inspected before it is shipped out. All sales are final. However, if you find an item has been damaged in shipping- please contact me immediately and we can coordinate a repair or an exchange.
